Lyson Honey Melter

This Lyson honey melter is designed to heat 55 gallon barrels of honey.

Affectionately referred to as “the Potato Masher”, this melter is easy to use with an electronic temperature controller. This allows the user to set the temperature setpoint between 86°F (30°C) and 185°F (85°C). Adjustable working time from 1 to 96 hours. Simply place melter onto crystalized honey in a barrel, and allow 1 to 2 days to melt its way through the honey.
